Man, this is a definite foot-stomper! At least it got mine stompin' the dust-bunnies outta da rug! I'm with dazed -- I tend to pump up the echo on my vocals. I think it would make your great vocal even better on this one. But, amigo, this is pure driving raunch 'n' roll, bro --- way to go!

God basic rocker>Mix sounds pretty good. I do have to agree with brother Dazed that the vox needs some effect, maybe just a little good old fashioned spring reverb? Good tune, like the Herman's Hermits beat. Peace, Tsargoth

Meat and potatoes rock & roll tune. love the guitar sound. Have to agree, a little reverb on the vox would go a long way

Like the tune. guitar sounds great. Your mix is clean and sounds good. I know a lot of people like to keep their vocal tracks somewhat dry. As a singer I am the exact opposite lol. I thought the main vox could use a little reverb or something to help them sound a bit fuller. Good job on the tune and welcome to iMS!

Just the chunky guitar was enough for me to like this straight away. But everything else is good too - the whole package.

This ain't no Detour !! This is cruisin' down the HWY with no roadblocks....An excellent track gentleman. Yes , I thought the vox was Brit' ,even a Rolling Stone's type vibe. (which is good)This is unque and has character. a supremely enjoyable SPIN !! Great work........................ Larry T..............

Hey Pyramus --- I used to do that "Wang Dang" tune! Funny!! This really kicks and drives and smokes and, well, um, it's just one damn fine piece of rock 'n' roll. The vocals have a bit more life to them on this than the previous song of yours I listened to, thanks to the reverb. Oh -- yeah -- even that solo in the bridge reminds of Nugent back in his Byrdland days with the Amboy Dukes.

Good track, has that Ted Nugent "Wang Dang Sweet Poontang vibe to it. Vocals could still benefit from some reverb.Guitar tones are good, mix is as well. Good track. Peace, Tsargoth

Excellent guitar progression. The layering is very good. I liked the feel and groove of this track.Vocals where esp. well produced.. Perhaps a bit more "punch" in the drum would add to the overall listen.?? Thanks for sharing ! Larry T.

So far only the drummer hasn't mentioned the kick drum :) Good song, love the guitar parts and the vocal style is great.

Good tune and recording. I agree, a heavier bottom end punch could take this to another level. Very nicely done.

Good tune. Like what you did with the guitars, really like the Vox. kick needs to be louder.

It's got that drivin rhythm and beat, cool layering of the guitars. Vocals in the groove. Yeah if the bass drum had more oomph, it'd be killer!

Hve to agree with Bri-an,(even if he is a drummer !), nice layering on those guitar parts. Would like to hear that bass drum thumping with a little more bottom end punch to it. STP/Soundgarden vibe to this tune. Peace, Tsargoth

Like your approch here...has a nice edge with the chord choice..(layering with guitars..higher register) nice feel. A kool listen! Enjoyed!

That's what I call a real eastern RNR band. When I was younger, in the 70' for instance, there was a night club in the area of my hometown(Toulouse, France) where your kind of sound could be here all night long. We drunk beer(cheapestà and ate local sausages with fatty french fries. Girls were easy, and boys stupid and tough, inc me. I love your references(amongst athers). In 92, I saw Kaukonen and Casady in Toulouse, I was just back in my years of passion for Hot Tuna, from Burgers to America's choice. Do you thin k the stone age is back?

I'm not sure how you mixed the levels on this. It's tempting to say "turn up the bass" or "kick up the vocals", but I think I would actually roll the guitars back, leave the bass where it is -- and maybe the vocals. If you have evrything sounding more in balance at a lower level (not max), then you can bring it up as a whole in the mastering. Something like that. One thing you might do is try doubling the vocals, as well. make two or three dupes of the vocal. You'd be amazed at how that will fatten them and make them sound louder. As to the song -- this is an excellent song. Just needs some tweaking with the mix.

Think this is a great tune with great melodys and great guitars but i think there is some levels that have to be fixed in the mix and this will be a killer track. Great work. Christer

Good song, but the guitars are way too dominant in the mix. Rhythm guitar track is over-riding everything. Vocals are lost in the distance, and the bass is just an indistinct rumble in the background every now and then. Definitely worth a remix, needs some bottom end ! Peace, Tsargoth

Great sounding guitars.....vox sound great, but are a little bit lost. The song is GREAT!!! Great to see a new song from you.....Hope to hear it at NEXUS tomorrow night :-) Rob

How did I miss this...never too late; like that guitar chunky rhythm, fine bass booming away & the percussion makes the groove. Your vocal is nice and edgy, the music has a raw feel, & that's good to me, -don't like things too polished, it feels like you're right there, with all elements at their perfect placement. Fine harmonies..good soft fuzz guitar. A fusion of sorts with a California, Seattle sound that seems to be one of a few sounds I hear. EXCELLENT. Good arranging. -Your friend from Canada -ville. -Vesa.

Very different approch to this...kinda a Devo-Talking heads thang...which i like! The narrow band EQ mix on the vocals were nice...have that Lennon's (why don't we do it on the road) atmosphere. Enjoyed ..thanks!

Now that was refreshing!!! cool tune my friend, nice to hear some good alt rock on this site. I like all the different sounds that are happening here. With some better production this could really be something alot of people could get into to, really good arrangement DG

Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs, that is going back away lol. Liked the track, was well put together, but lacked something, could be down to the drumtrack, add some fills here and there.

I like the build up in this. When the opening guitar started the song, I was thinking, "Wooly Bully". Man, I'm showing my age. If you can tap into some real drums to add real dynamics and accents, it would help a lot. I like the basic song, but it sounds like a work in progress. You've got a good platform to build in. Lots of potential here. Paul
