Don't know what to say. As I listened I was quite impressed with the playing and then ...........nada. I've written some short stuff but 37 seconds. I do admit I'll be waiting for more. Oh Yea What genre is terror?

gotta agree with Tallis other than that its a pretty good song. vocals seem a little out of sync in places or maybe its the percussion. Yeah there might be some timing issues.. hard to tell though. picks up nice around 3:00 cool !

Uh.. Anyone wants to play REAL DRUMS on this one? At least for half of the song..? I can send you the track with no drums...and less reverb lol

I think this has all the elements of a great track. The problems is the sound drowned in verb. Just for fun, take all the reverbs and half their wet mixes. I believe that will bring a little more clarity and then enable you to treat and address the various elements with better precision. This will bring this track to life IMHO, and help the neat, dark mood along! .tallis

Hey, this one is more than 30 seconds ! I'm having a hard time hearing/understanding the lyric - but the mood is good and the feel is haunting.

Thanks to all for the kind words The guitar is an '82 Ibanez Blazer that my parents found in the woods and that I totally rebuilt myself. It has only one pick up, Seymour Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge and a series/parallel switch. The action is really high because my main soloing thing is "shredding" on the classical guitar where the action is also high.. it really is a special kind of strat I guess ;p The plugin was Guitar Rig 2, which is crap. I really recommend Studio Devil, even the free version has great tones and I find it very dynamic responsive. Amplitube 2 aint bad either and there's Revalver MKIII on the way... looks promising, lets hear how it sounds. Ciao

Cool tones your getting, what guitar did you record with? and what plugin did you use? This is like a guitar solo where the band leaves the stage and lets him wail.

i kind of like this. has some haunting guitar sounds. drums - well what can you do. obviously a loop. Not the best things to work with out there but I think that it is most home recording musicians weakness. Good thing we have people like Warren Peese on here to add real drums. If you finish this up, hit him up. With a good mix and some drums this would be a cool track.

Tsargoth, Iam portuguese and I understand that somtimes I dont express myself very well but I think its clear that I was joking with my own song by saying that it wasnt even mixed, it was just an improvised guitar track, another guitar track an octave lower and some solos on top.. then "render" and "convert to mp3".. no mix whatsoever. This is far from analog, the guitar sounds are all from plugins.. dont let the excessive distortion mislead you :p

Pretty decent guitar playing,mix is lame. No drums to drive this along like it needs to be driven. This type of guitar music just does not work very well without percussion. Peace, Tsargoth
