Ok...this is very inventive with a great progression and sense of rhythm. Great synth work Jamie and song construction. The song moves so well and love your voice. Lots of very cool ear candy with plenty of evidence that careful thought went into this piece. Very, very cool in my book. Love it. ~Blake

Jamie, love your work, my friend. Very inventive and creative piece of music. Not sure if the vocals in the first section might be recorded at a bit high a level. There was a bit of buzzing, but that may be my crappy speakers. Like Sherz, this is not a genre of my natural choice, but when I find something that's got class written all over it, I don't care about genres. Great stuff. Cheers Brian

Nicely crafted track! Not my usual genre(s) but I certainly appreciate the expertise required to put this together. Some great sounds and FX in this one. Well mixed. :)

love that opening! NIce smack you in the head with the morning coffee :). Great changes in this tune that kept me listening the entire way through. Cool effects on the vocals as well.

Though electronic music is not a genre I know a lot about I do need to say that this song is indeed hypnotic and enjoyable to listen to. A favorite to be sure!!!

Yeah Jamie...you know synths for sure. Impressive use of fx and all sounds in general. Done much like an architect, you are building rhythms, colors and textures superbly. Very nice and hypnotic...a good name. Excellent my friend!! ~Blake

Hypnotic indeed, Jamie. Agree with Pascal about the elec piano. That's a really funky riff. Love the way this develops. Wonderful layering of sounds. There's a real kick in those drums and that bass hits you in the pit of the stomach. Great track.Congrats Brian

Oh, I'm diggin' the cool epianos... the ambience and melodies remind me so much of Air. Adorable engineering, coolest fx & groove work. This one is atmospheric and sooo refreshing, thanx so very much, Jamie!

After the first few notes I looked to see if there`s a d/l option...No....:-( such a shame as I`m feeling this one and would`ve liked to have kept it..Ambience with a jazzy undertone...I love it !!! Very simple, easy on the ear...Less is more...This certainly fits the bill...Total enjoyment..Thanks for the listen..:-) Peace n love Mags xx :-)

I think even after just a minite or two the class of this is self evident. Ambient?... Well, yeah, kind of,different meaning on the word,I get it. Beautiful from start to finish, from writing to mastering. From first note to last. Every instrument has it's own space, and just makes it all happen. Excellent composition this mate, very pro sounding indeed. Nigel.

This has a Very clear and full bodied sound to it, some nice mixing going on. You developed a really nice soundscape. Reminds me of some of Alan Parsons music. Excellent song!

haha, surfnorthwest, unfortunately you can not see me smiling:) I'm really happy and thankful for your words! So, and the gear is my twenty years old DX7II, but - it only triggers my Reason 3.0, where most of my Fenda Rhodes are from. I really can imagine you sittin' in your AMG 55 - guess its a big one, or? - listen to "milchstrasse". Where can I send you a free mp3 of "milchstrasse"?

Love the vibe on this track, this is the stuff I like to listen to in my Mercedes AMG 55, keeps my foot calm. The Rhoades piano patch is excellent. As a kid who grew up as a Army brat in Germany(Hahn in the Hunsriche)I am glad to see some great talent still come from there. Die Musik ist meist ausgezeichnet. Welche Tastatur spielten Sie auf diesem Lied?

Cool -- I just knew about the literal German translation (after four years in Berlin, many years ago, I still know a few words). Thanks for the explanation. Very cool.

Thx guys for your encouraging words. to bluespckr: michstrasse/Milk Street means all the stars above in the universe. "babelfish" translated it as "Milky Way". Hope that helps...

One question: What is the significance of "Milk Street"?
User Image

The opening keys have an Oriental feel to them. This is just one cool package of sounds. That second keys builds onto the first nicely, and when that bass and the rest kick in ... oo-ee, well done piece of music arrangement and recordong. A+++

I am really enjoying this tune. love the keys in it and when the drums kick in it gets even better. seriously cool tune. You know I would love to hear this a bit faster. I think this song would be intense if the bpm was bumped up a bit. I kind of get a soundtrack feel on here but with it being a bit slow it does not seem to work for a soundtrack. Great job!

Hey Jamie ... have Dir schon eine Nachricht hinterlassen, aber hier nochmal: this is a realy great tune. A bit of Kraftwerk, but mostly Janisch!!! Excellent elements in this tune that keeps it interesting. Love the part where you decide actually ROCK it a bit more, even though the whole track really ROCKS from A-Z!!! Excellent work! Cheers, Mike

Jamie well done tune. You have some great sounds in here and that continuous pounding I can't tell you if it is cool or distracting hehe. In a club I think it would rock but at 6am I am not sure ;),

Jamie, I love the energy in the rhythm track of this. There is a real sense of momentum in the opening which is briefly halted by the acoustic guitar only to power up stronger. It builds a wonderful sense of atmosphere. The return of the acoustic guitar is a nice touch before the closing sound effects. Lovely piece of work. Cheers Brian
