G'day every one, just letting you all know I'm doing well, enjoying my holiday here in the Uk, the weather has been against us but were doing good.

its really strange driving in a different country, and i woundt have gotten out of London if it wernt for my tom tom gps.

While in London I looked at the new Apple store, as one was launching in Sydney while I'm over here, and Ive fallen in love with Garage band, so I think i might get  A Macbook, Im amazed at the things u can do with it, The country side is great and really beautiful in some areas, Flower has a nice country over here..

Also found a cool music shop with a left handed fender strat , I've never played a  strat before and it was different to my ibanez. Also tried out a Vox amp which sounds really cool. Got another 4 weeks here in UK ,

G'day, been a while since i posted a new song, hope to have one up by the weekend. man i feel so rusty at playing..

Its been a long week,

spent most of it at my local hospital again due to  having Pneumonia again, the second time around I hope we  have gotten rid of it.

It really knocks you around,  Im also in the process of getting my guitar fixed so there hasnt been much room for recording. hopefully once i get back from the UK next month i can get back into it, there has just been so much on this year with so many trips, and not just holiday trips, but trips to the hospital etc..

Wow , I cant believe I'm back home, going to another country certanly opens up your eyes,

Our tour director and bus driver were amazing, the traffic in some parts of turkey can really make your hair stand up..

Also I got to walk on the beaches of Anzac Cove, where my grand father was wounded some 93 years ago in WW1, I also got to see the ruins of Troy and stood where in some sites where Alaxander The Great once stood.. it was so incredible.

I made some life long friends in turkey , within our group of Anzacs (aussie / NZ / UK ) people, its a pitty it came to an end.

But its so  nice to be back home..

What a year 2007 was..

I'll start my year from november cause thats when things changed for me with the passing of my of my mum.
Then in January / febuary I started loosing all my momentum. I couldnt walk, drive, hold a knife or do anything or play my guitar. It was very scary times. I ended up going to hospital for spinal cord operation. Thankfully it was a success, left anylonger and I may have been a quadroplegic (spell) that would have been fun.. not..

Not long after that I had to go to another funeral for my mums brother who had Motoneron deseie (spell). So had to recover from that.

So inbetween all this we were renovating my house, re doing the bathroom and repainting bedrooms, new carpet etc.

I also started playing guitar again at church , and started doing a radio show on our local comunity fm radio station with a mate of mine.

Then on sunday a neighbour / friend of mine passed away from lung cancer , and had another funeral yesterday.

So its been an eventfull year .

Lets hope next year is a better one

I had to go over to South Australia for a while due to a family funeral.

It was a long trip but good to do it , now hope to be back to writing some songs again.. which I havent done for a while...
