AWESOME - dude you got a good sound. The guitar sound here really reminded me of Black Sabbath.
Hard rock is basically not my cup of tea but I must say this one is a brilliantly produced track. All the voices are perfectly mixed. Great work.
This is a hard rockin track..michael the mix kicks big time...love the riff and the bass and when it goes uptempo it's killer. Man i'm gettin a real sabbath or ..ever hear of Lucifers Friend?
A german band from the 70's had their LP and this reminds me of them..a great track man!
Had to come by to grab this one Michael. Really dig the change of styles you've combined to create this tune. Sounding really good brother, and like I said at Nexus, I really like the Sabbath vibe on parts of this tune, especially the guitar solo !!! Excellent work man. Peace, Tsargoth

You've got a really distinctive guitar style that just oozes "ROCK", Michael. This is a really solid rocking track with a message to boot. There's some wonderful riffing going on and some absolutely superb bass lines rumbling. Add powerful vocals, as you have, and you've got a great package. Love those bass lines.
Cheers
Brian

Hey Michael, this strikes me as quality, old time hard guitar rock. I especially like the energy at the chorus (with the harmonies).
Nice Work.

Musically, this track comes on so so great to my ears !!!!! You've captured the similar sound to Queensryche !!! one of my all time top favorite bands. For my tastes though, the vocal doesnt really impress. Cool lyrics,,, but if you want my true opinion and not just a bunch glossy compliments,, The music and lyrics are KILLER KILLER !!!!! and a different vocal could possibly be the key to taking this track to a new awesome level !!!!
Give me a shout if you're open to a different vox on this. Dont get me wrong- this vocal is also quite good - other people might even totally disagree with me and like this vocal style massively. it just comes down to a matter of taste.
I guess my ears hear the music , and then instantly expect to hear something like Geoff Tate's voice come in.
Rock on !!!! - Shane for The DEEP

Has the shadow of music from Alice in Chains which is a great thing. The song is tight and the progressions are right on. The backing chorus tone is wonderfull but the power chord chops sound really digital. The lead tone works well. You did also a good job on the mix, makes it all the more enjoyable to listen.
I really like what your doing. I'm a fan!

Good rock song Michael. You've always had the guitar playing and the musical side worked out but I think your vocals and songwriting are getting better all the time. Excellent.

Impeccable rock sound. I surely like the beat/pace of this song and the production is obviously good. Credits to the solo & vocal as well.

Very tight as metal needs to be and you're doing it very right! Wonderful drive and sound blending in your music (and this song). Excellent playing. Great guitar break too. Fantastic!! ~Blake

Definitely a nice to build your song on. The chorus is very catchy. Your mid break is some nice riffin', with a GREAT solo. Love the double bass drummer :-) That really kicks the song along. Your vocals are very real and fit this song GREAT!!

another ball-crunching rocker from the Imellow-man. Consistently, this man puts out quality hard-rocking music that puts a smile on my face. Great track man!

The temperature isn't the only "hot" thing in Arizona, amigo. This is a genuine smoker. Nice tone on the geeters, and the vocals are impressive. I like the fact that I can actually make them out! Lots of stuff in this genre is impossible to understand -- nice job.

Like a motorcycle ride with a guitar!
Takes off right from the start and keeps it up all the way through.
Great tune IM!

I have no idea how you guys can play at this tempo lol :)
Vox sound good as well. Nice job IM!

Rocks right along - the intro reminds me of one of Grumpy's tunes. - which I like !
The vocals are cleaner on this one which I also like. - and you can guess I'm in favor of the lyric
Pretty cool dude.

Great rocker Michael...especially love the bass line and power chords. Very tight playing and solid vocal layering/harmonies. I don't know why but it reminds me of Blue Oyster Cult a bit. Great bridge. Nice work man! ~Blake

Classic RawKinG! Lots of energy is released here!! nice guitar playing (power-tone!) But waht really made me smile was the lyrics!!...ya, i woken up on the floor several times in my time...and i'm sure it won't be the last .....ouuu here we go agin! lol kool playing! Enjoyed!

Hey Michael ... that's a great Rocker, man! Love the composition and the overall flow of the tune. Great vocals!
The old "been there, done that" reaction from this listener. This grabbed from the start. Strong powerful chording in the intro and nice tight harmonies and good funny lyrics that I at least can relate to. The verses haev a Steve Miller Band sort of feel to me but there's more punch in the backing track than was common for his stuff. Really good rocking track. Really liked the lyrics and the hook. Great work
Cheers
Brian

hey Michael! love the way this begins...the vocals come in ...cool , Pauls right it does have a sound like the amboy dukes. i like the vibe of this tune alot. man that lightning..i'm seein spots LOL
This is a different sort of tune. I think I would have varied parts of the vocal so there wasn't so much harmony. By that, I mean, vary it with solo sung lines. Funny, but parts of this reminds me of the old Amboy Dukes (Ted Nugent's original band in the late '60s and early, early '70s).
For a hard rocking song, this was quite melodic. Nicely done.

Well I never thought I'd be saying this about one of your songs Michael but the verses remind me a bit of the Beatles in their later stages, both in the guitar and the vocals & harmonies. As always you have an interesting drum track and like the others have said the solo is great. Oh and the lightning show was fun to watch while I listened too! :)
Cool tune Michael. As stated below: Big sounding. I especially liked the solo as it seemed to be well thought out.
Well done.
Hey Michael....Right off I liked the vocal style. I like that double voice lead vox style....very cool. The feel of the song is powerful. Your lead solo is VERY tasteful.......and the bass line was great. A Big++++++++Song!! Great Job!!

sweet! this sounds huge!!!
the clean tones are great but when that distortion kicks in this song sizzles. I was hoping you did the solo against the clean rhythm. Very nice :)

More of those great guitar tones! Cool vocal sounds/fx. This songs gets a person's foot tapping (and head banging). Good harmonies again... they really make the vox IMO.
Solid rock sound with a nicely flavored vocal delivery that works well as a whole! I get a bit of of an Ozzy feel from the vocals which is good stuff. Good lead at 3:18 and overall the track is well mixed & recorded. Liked the effects on the ending too!
Well it seems you have a signiture sound. Hope I get to the point someday that when someone hears me they now it's me....(hopefully in a good way lol)
I'm a sucker for guitar harmonies and that 2 gun sound. Great job!

Hey IM ! just love the chord progression in this toon...matches the message and vocals to the tee....had it cranked here! sounds good!! Enjoyed my listen!

Tasty. The vocals kind of reminded me of Pink Floyd for some reason. But, man -- the lyrics are super, and the guitar just rocks, like a fighter jet with its afterburners lit. Good job.

Sounds great and the mood of the music conveys the subject matter very well. I think I had an Ozzie moment in there somewhere.
Cool edge to your very original chord structure. Unique and effective.
The contrasting guitar tones worked great too.
Another gem from the guitar hero! Top-notch guitar work (as expected) and some great tones....
(were you having a downer day when you wrote this?)...Intelligent writing and you convey the emotions very effectively on this track.
Great stuff man...and I've said it before...your production is often overlooked because of your fretboard skills...but it really brings out the best in your tracks!
