I was raised in a small West Texas town. I was influenced by pretty much everything as a kid, some good and some not so good.  Musically, I loved Jerry Jeff, Willie, Waylon, as well as Little Feat, Santana, Buddy Guy, BB, Allman Brothers, ZZ Top, Crosby Stills & Nash Bob Dylan, Beefheart and Zappa.  So genre is not important to me, though I have more of a feel for the blues. 

 I'm not a great musician or a great writer, but everything I do is genuine and I hope you find something that inspires you.

Hey Mark, Thanks for the listen... A friend on another site commented that one of my other songs put them in mind of Canned Heat... That sort of spawned the melodic line and chord progression of this one.. + The lyrics are inspired as well ;-D God Bless Ron
