I did listen and review this track yesterday, seems it didn't save it...any road, Doc this is a departure from your usual writing and you did a real nice job on it, as Dazed said you pulled it off well.

Hmmm... I dunno Doc-- this doesn't sound that country to me. Yeah, the bass-beat part does, but your voice is way too smooth, I think (nice voice!) andthe music/melody is also smooth and flowing. The music is very well done, you have a good voice but the tune itself has no dynamics. Perhaps some punch in the vocals could be in order, and some proper mixing might be the ticket. I do enjoy your work and your personality, which comes through the music you write.That last tune of yours, Disturbed, was smashing! Let's see what else you come up with-- should be very interesting. love 3/4 time doc.. this does bust some genres.. blues.. floyd.. gothic.. classical.. the solo keys are as impressive as they are melodic and deeply emotional.. it really broadens out.. a big wide sound.. love that organ man.. cheers..

First off I love that chord progression, some nice strummin. vocal harmonies are done well. The mix is a little low volumewise but everything sounds balanced to me. A cool laid back tune, enjoyed the listen!

I enjoy the beat of this piece of 'easy listening' R&R. The vocal is not clear enough though, trust you did it on purpose to create a special feel for the song.

this has that drivin rhythm, very retro in melody and how its performed. Its cool that you brought this one out for us to hear. enjoyed the listen.

Thanks Focus. I know about the cliping. These are older songs that I have recorded with cheap software. Had to use an entire song as .wav because I no longer have the original work file with the individual tracks. These are the best I can get them cleaned up. Thanks, however, pointing it out to me. This is a song with a dark mood. It sounds great and also the piano-line. The vocals have the right atmosphere for this darkness. Sensible song - and I like it very much. It goes into my heart.
