I always enjoy hearing vocalists from down under (like Missy Higgins for instance) who sound like they came from here and don't try to sound like every American singer they've ever heard. Good song! Production is nice. Vocals did sound a little dry to me but that's always down to personal taste.

Hey, your music fits my taste perfectly. Helen's voice is indeed super. I've listened to all your posted songs and personally I think "No Ordinary Days" and "Gypsy" stand out more. I'm going to make them my favorites. "Reaching Out" has a very catchy opening again credit to Helen's singing but the chorus seems to drag a bit in the 2nd half. Great work.

Superior work !! I refer to the vocal innovations. the phrasing etc. Not forgetting the perfect music produced by Rushton. One criticism,, for my ears, there is an instrument going on in here that is confusing the sound- almost seems like two different tracks are battling. I'd weed that out. Oh this vocal,, as all i've heard of your singing Helen,, is rare and gifted. As a team you two are great!!

At first you had me wondering with the eastern drums, Then it all came together so wonderfully. FANTASTIC

I'll give just straight from the hip feedback on what i hear: The eastern percussion comes in,, and i like it straight away. I feel glad to hear it. Then the vocal comes in and is fully , riveting. fully gratifying in the excellence of tone and character. I LOVE YOUR VOICE. The composition has rewarding proggressions.-- uplifting feel. No flaws or faults can be named. At 2:30, the phase of the song that comes on seems so totally record industry pro. !! A masterful production , using panning to great effect. And,, i have to say again,, your vocal is absolute luxury- and sounds so good.
