This is a very well worked number, guitars are excellent, your vocal performance is unique. tremendous lyrics. They don't come much better than this superb song well done

Very good song Scott, you have a gift for songwriting. Very tuneful voice as well.

I'm not a big country guy, but I always appreciate a simple yet well-crafted song. This is so here. I like the spare instrumentation, with the occasional lead bend notes. The harmony vocals are sweet, as is the lead. My only less than glowing comments on these types of songs tend to come in the area of recording. It sounds like the guitars were recorded line-in rather than with a mike. To my ear, it always sounds thin, and the resonance is so vital to complement your wonderful voice here. A nice piece of work.

Scott, a well mixed track with a pleasant melody. I could tell you definitely possess a professional 'country' voice. The opening is good enough to attract listeners thru the rest of the song. While you switched over to guitar strumming in the 2nd half, perhaps it's even better to add one more track to lengthen the fingering part. You could pan it on one side. Great country feel here.
