Its So Exciting

Song Information:

Ok, this is vintage Stoneman stuff.  The idea for this song was to create a "live" atmospere in the studio.  So, I engineered it to sound like there is a crowd of folks listening to me perform.  It was lots of fun creating that type of feel.  Like several other songs on the It Is What It Is CD, this song has lots of funk guitar elements.  Although guitar is not my primary instrument, it is my favorite for sure.  Well, Sax is also one of my favorites but I no longer have the lung capacity I once had.  Anyway, this song is about my love for songwriting.  It is a true to life statement about the way I feel each time I work on a new song.  some of you know that feeling very well!  Enjoy!
