Biography I´ve got to say something!
If I review a song , I´ll be as honest as I can. I will write what to my opinion is good about a song, and what can be done better to my ears. A song review is something very personal and subjectiv. And something to think about. If we all were perfect musicians, we would sell millions of CD´s, and wouldnt hang around at MIXPOSURE. I can write song reviews like " Oh awesome, great production, great musicianship. Really nice tune......." and what does it bring to you, ok the selfished people will say great that´s enough. But I, and some others want to learn to become better musicians or producers or technicians. And your listeners are the people who would buy your music if they think it´s good. So musicians listen to your listeners and take them serious. You do the music for them. After some musicians deleted some of the reviews I wrote them, I think it is important to understand why my reviews are the way they are. Hallo Martin,
vielen Dank für Deine ehrliche und schöne Review zu "Isaac's Apple"! Was evtl. Vocals angeht... da kamen von den nachfolgenden Hörern Aussagen, denen ich zustimmen möchte. - Das Stück entspricht zu sehr dem klassischen Instrumental á la Jarre, und ist entsprechend melodiös und vollgepackt, als dass ein Sänger noch eine Chance hätte. Freue mich aber, dass Du grundsätzlich richtiges Song-Potenzial siehst!!!
