About TCP

The music is part of a progressive rock project...a lot more than just me. I happen to write and play on songs for the project. Great musicians do too. The roster so far:

The TCP project was born to propel a musical fantasy world by the emotions and subjects of the real fantasy world. It remains my hope that we all can find time to step out of our own personal realities on occasion -long enough to understand more about the real captains of this ship we're on. It's worthwhile.

TCP (aka The Churches Project) sounds religious but it has nothing do with real religion. The logo represents the dichotomy between those in the world whom by nature advance it, and those who only seek power and control over it.

Since the birth of TCP, the direction has changed a bit in favor of as much freedom as possible for creating interesting and quality progressive music. Generally speaking, a number of our songs are reflective of the realities and perceptions we face as individuals, as well as societies living in a managed world.

The project maintains an interesting research website that focuses on public domain and mass media videos and articles. There is much more valuable information outside of mass media outlets than in it, however all reliably factual information is vital for a truly independent understanding of the world we live in. Too often we rely on large corporate mass media sources to shape our reality. In my opinion, this is our first mistake.
