You can't hide from me here you know :) Well this is another of those great songs like The Rat,that has embedded itself into my cerebal jukebox, and refuses to be dislodged. Classic rock blues. Everything about this song does it for me. GREAT band sound and that slide is sublime!!! Top notch, let the good times roll music. Excellent. Nigel.

Ah,the new pic :) Is that the bit where the officer says:"And now face left" ? LOL I am VERY dissapointed in you Dave,I was expecting something FAR more gruesome!! Why you even trimmed your beard, decadence personified IMHO. Nigel :)

It would be hard to imagine the indie scene without you guys now... You have a signature sound, instantyly recognisable. This one already so much a classic on the scene,a Nexus mainstay, and rightly so. From the big band swing, smokey vocals, walking bass, and tasteful lead,it's all there. Classic. Nigel.

Other than the vocal "pops" this is super cool. Love the lyrics and your vocals. "My wife gave birth to triplets, and she was on the pill"? Oh, Lordy Lord! Great stuff -- good solo guitar work, by the way.

Rookie this is fantastic! Loved it from the get go! Great sound from the whole package, guitars, bass, vox and horns! Was the vocalist using a windscreen on the vox? I heard some pops in spots. Great job!!
