THE MIXSTOCK 2017 DJ REUNION LIVE BROADCAST MARATHON
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21st, 2017 – 5:00 pm til 1:00 a.m.
You, as a past DJ at Mixstream Radio @ Mixposure.com are cordially invited to participate in the MIXSTOCK 2017 DJ REUNION LIVE BROADCAST MARATHON! As part of the history and ongoing success of Mixstream Radio, we are holding the first ever 8 hour marathon broadcast featuring past DJ’s via Skype to select some songs and share stories and anecdotes about their time at Mixp ... osure.com. Here’s the plan:
We’d ask you to RVSP and participate in this broadcast. If you currently have a Skype account, please included your contact information so that we can hook you up on a group call. If you don’t currently have a Skype account, you’ll need to open up one before the broadcast. It costs nothing.
Once we have the identified the number of DJ’s who will take part, we will schedule them during the marathon in conjunction with our crew of current DJ’s who will broadcast during designated time slots covering the 8 hour event. Bobby Moore, aka, Bubba Reaves, will run the SAM platform, play the selected songs and coordinate the group Skype calls with the current DJ’s and our past DJ participants. In that Skype limits the number of participants for group calls, we will schedule you for a particular time slot throughout the evening, the duration of which will be determined, again, by the number of past DJ’s who take part. Obviously, every attempt will be made to accommodate your personal schedule to insure your availability during the 8 hour event.
We’d simply ask that you identify a number of songs that you’d like played during your segment and be prepared (as you have hundreds of times in the past) to identify them, perhaps talk about why they are important to you and share some anecdotes about your time as a Mixstream Radio DJ! It’s all about reminiscing and having fun and the more who participate, the merrier.
Please RSVP no later than October 14, 2017 to allow sufficient time to determine the number of those who will appear, to schedule their time slots and determine the number of songs you’ll be asked to select for your broadcast segment. Please send your reply to our station manager, Toni via email to barefootmusicgroup@outlook.com and we’ll get back to you with more detailed information about your broadcast segment. Please invite your family and friends to come into our chat room and share in your return to the airwaves! We’re hopeful that once new listeners get a taste of what we have to offer at Mixposure.com that they’ll become regular participants. After all, and as you all well know, Mixposure.com has the best independent music available anywhere on the planet… and beyond!

If you'd like to get in on some On Air sharing during MixStock we need your commitment by Oct 14th. Albeit the chat room can accommodate 100 plus folks Skype which we are using in companion to our broadcast has a limit.
We'd love you to join the On Air part of the reunion no matter how long you've been a member/listener/DJ, we just need to coordinate the schedule over the 8 hour marathon show.

On Saturday, October 21, 2017 we are holding a very special marathon broadcast called MIXSTOCK 2017 where we will feature the return of many of our past DJ’s who volunteered their time and talents to make Mixstream Radio and Mixposure.com the incredible independent music community that it is today! We already have commitments from many former greats from years gone by who will be returning to the airwaves to once again broadcast the very best in indie music available anywhere on the planet… and beyond. This Marathon Broadcast will begin at 5 p.m. est and go until 1:00 a.m. with our current DJ’s broadcasting in partnership with our former presenters of the Mixposure music catalog. I’m sure they’ll play many of their favorites from their broadcast days and will regale us with stories which are the essence of Mixstream Radio history. So circle this date on your calendar and be a part of this incredible broadcast and join us in our chat room! It’s gonna be a blast!
