Passing
<p>Yesterday quite suddenly my wife Mary passed away. A woman very much a part of me for the last 18 years. I am going through a state of shock and disbelief right now. Mary loved this music site and we both shared many good times with our freinds here waiting for the shows to come on and chatting. I would like to credit her with singing on Seeds for Tomorrow and writing the words to My Jesus. I am taking a break here till I get my feelings in order. Dont ever miss a chance to tell someone that you love them. for you find out that it may be the last. Mary passed away at home and I was by her side I thank the Lord for that. She was a very simple person and I admired that. I will miss her very very much.Thank you all for being here and listening. I will post a photo of Mary on my site </p>

Words fail me John. You and Mary were my bestest friends, supporters, listeners and fans. If I remember right, MAry showed up first at one of my shows and I am glad I played a lot of her favorites the last time we met in the chat room. Silly me, I was looking forward to seeing her again when I got back from Colorado Springs. I enjoyed finding out what her favorite songs were. Maybe later it will hit me. I just found out, I don't usually read blogs, but a Greater Hand guided my mouse. So sorry, Victor Lopez, aka vigwig
John, I am so very sorry! Many thoughts and prayers your way my friend.
Losing someone you have been closely related to, lived with day and night is a hard thing to comprehend, I can imagine what you have to go through, I bow for your grief sir.
John, I am so saddened by this news, my heart goes out to you.
Mary was (and will remain) a big part of our Mixfamily.
Hope to see you back soon, & remember, your mixfam are here if you feel the need to talk to any one (or all) of us!

John I am shocked and deeply saddened reading this. My heart goes out to you and your family. I look forward to your return. Take some time and get your head together but please carry on. I have seen a lot of people never recover from the loss of a spouse so please do not be one of them.
