foreword and introduction to
'Eternal Light' -the song

once there lived a little boy
in the garden that was his world
in careless freedom he would play
in imaginative magic he swirled
one dusk two dark cloaked hoods came in
the boy was surprised and impressed
play trust us come on let's see you win
coz you are the very best
they brought with them a tiny gene
and surrogate for innocence lost
genie in a bottle good nor bad
until all winninglines were crossed
in a garden close by next to his
there lived a little girl
with flowers playing by herself
in purity she'd twirl
outside her yard, though
she found it hard, so
with powerful insecurity
she managed to cover her purity
then one day like any other
arrived a moment in time
orchestrated by the universe
a moment so sublime
the boy the girl so young they watched
each-other in recognition
both feeling but failing to understand
the purpose of this life's mission
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? ... "LISTEN TO 'Eternal Light'
'Eternal Light' song info:
'Eternal Light' is the epic 7:15 minute story based on true events, of two young adolescents that a lifetime ago fell in love on a Spanish train, were separated but never forgot eachother, and met (after both having extensively travelled the world) at the same place, in Spain, again a lifetime later under very different circumstances. The beauty of the song is in the fact their love for eachother whithered time and turbulence yet remains untouched.
- 'Eternal Light' is sung by 'Cassie Rugg', a promising Swedish singer/rapper of age 14.
- Lead-guitar is played by veteran German hard-rock guitarist 'Jogi Vetter'.
- It is written by 'Marco Akamawa' for Friends for Friends organization.
- All song-proceeds go to Friends for Friends org in support of mothers and children in need.
AND OFCOURSE A STORY WITHOUT HAPPY ENDING iS NOT A HAPPY STORY...
in another lifetime
on a different planet perhaps
in here and now I find myself
yet living the moment they met
a moment that today I enjoy
recognition I now understand
I am grateful that my purpose here
still hasn't been explained to me yet
Have a great day Y'All!
Love, Marco
