This is very sweet little number. The backing is excellent. read the song info and I'll have to catch Shane's version. The guitar work here is very well put over. The sound quality is excellent. I liked your playing style. Solid yet not too much great track well done

Donster, hoping your happiness is more than fleeting.

I enjoyed listening to this song. It makes me want to venture out for some live music, as it has a bar-room feel to it. The writing and playing are solid throughout. This is as good as any major label work out there, which I'm finding on the mix a lot lately. Thanks for a great contribution to the site. Your time spent (per your bio) in the '70s & '80s developing your skills and direction was well spent.

REALLY like the feel of this tune...a tropical to African feel..nice choice of instruments; fine guitar picking; very unique style; it all flows so well, EXPRESSIVE right on through...most inspiring. Great progression. Like to know what guitar you are playing; is original in sound. A bit of m fave mentor in ther, who's so eclectic, that of Ry Cooder& friends.
Very fine arranging and production mixing. Fab.

This is so much more than "A Fleeting Moment of Happiness." Your whole approach here is clean, confident, and expressive, and the results produce more than momentary happiness, for sure. Fine work!

Wonderful clean tone and nice runs over a cool backing - certainly made me smile, if only for a few fleeting moments :)

below second to last sentence should read: "...and your guitar spoke it very clearly".

Bri-an has got that right. There is alot of substance. I'm listening here, and what I hear is someone who really cares about songs and what makes them tick. What makes them really communicate. Certainly part of that is content, the other the delivery. Thumbs way up on both accounts. GoP you did this right. I don't hear a ton of other guitarists pay this close attention to the message and the speaking of it. Your song told the story, and your spoke it very clearly. Brilliant song and playing...no BS. Bravo ~Blake
